I know that life is full of hard things—and I consider it a true privilege to walk alongside people as they move through their own “hard.” I am passionate about caring for people with compassion, presence, and evidence-based tools that help bring clarity, healing, and hope.

I work with individuals experiencing trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I believe deeply in holistic care and support each person in connecting mind, body, and spirit as they pursue growth and healing.

Having lived overseas for 13 years, I bring cultural sensitivity and a unique understanding of the complexities of cross-cultural adjustment, identity, and change.

Whether you’re working to heal from the past, manage current mental health struggles, or adjust to a new season of life, I am honored to walk with you. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, empowered, and never alone in your journey.
