Stephanie has had the opportunity of providing counseling to the Lynchburg and surrounding areas since 2017 and holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Through helping individuals from 3 years to 89 years old, she has experience in assisting those as they navigate through the various stages of life. Stephanie believes in using a multi-faceted approach to therapy, as each individual is unique and allows the treatment and direction to be client focused and not restricted for better client outcomes. While Stephanie is trained in a variety of mental health needs she has the strongest proficiency in assisting those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral issues, and relationship conflicts.

Stephanie would like you to know, “When life becomes difficult, it’s easy to lose hope. I am passionate in helping you regain hope in the belief that change CAN happen! I would be honored to walk this journey with you, helping you overcome the obstacles standing in your way.”
