Hello! I’m Sarah and I love the work I do with children, teens, and adults. Specifically, with those who are seeking help in navigating their relationship with trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Much of my experience includes supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals impacted by relational trauma, including concerns related to attachment, self-esteem, and trust.
I also bring training and experience in crisis counseling, supporting clients during times of emotional distress. Often, people seek therapy following a single difficult experience, only to discover how it connects to earlier relationships or patterns. I am especially passionate about helping individuals explore these connections in a way that feels safe and collaborative. My approach is relational, attachment-informed, and grounded in parts-oriented work. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable slowing down, building trust, and developing greater self-understanding as they move toward meaningful change.
