Robert has been serving in the mental health community since 2015 within various settings of clinical experience as a counselor, providing clinical services to a diverse array of clientele in residential, school, and private practice settings. He has treated almost all forms of mental health and wellness but has become specialized in treating a range of relational issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression. Robert has worked with a wide variety of age groups from ages 5-65+ throughout his career. Through his experiences Robert has come to recognize that the counseling process can be one that can provoke anxiety and mixed feelings. That’s why he desires to help others develop healthier relationships in their life not only with others, but also within themselves, while also establishing coping skills to promote better emotional regulation and overall wellness.

Robert loves to work with clients who are eager to improve their life but don’t yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. He considers it an honor to be able to come alongside their journey in order to help them discover the strategies and skills to help them foster growth and emotional awareness within their life. Robert works from a model of listening, seeking understanding, and meeting an individual where they are at in their lives. He believes some of the core components that we all seek out as humans are to be heard, valued, and understood, and tries to create that type of environment in all his sessions.
