Brandy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed School Counselor (LSC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Virginia. In her work as a school counselor for over a decade and an LPC for the last several years, she has enjoyed working with clients from all walks of life to include children/adolescents, families, and the elderly. She serves clients from diverse backgrounds and her therapeutic work includes depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, social-emotional concerns, grief and sexuality. As a part of her therapeutic approach, Brandy focuses on client intersectionality, gaining insight into how clients’ overlapping identities interact with one another, thus influencing their views and interactions with the world.
