Rachel is currently working on getting her MS in clinical mental health from Longwood University. Rachel has 12 years experience in community focused fields. Rachel works from a person-centered and Adlerian approach. She believes that each client is the expert of their own life while also reviewing how the family of origin shaped their thoughts and beliefs about themselves in the world around them.
