Mandy has been working in the mental health field in various capacities since 2015. She has experience with all age groups as well as a variety of mental health and behavioral concerns. Her primary areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. She also has experience working with chronic mental health concerns. Mandy primarily utilizes acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and motivational interviewing, along with an understanding of attachment theory and the effects of trauma, to help clients move towards increased self-understanding and lasting change.

Mandy is passionate about her work and offers warmth, empathy, practicality, and a bit of humor in her sessions.  She believes that counseling is not only a way to verbally process thoughts and emotions, but also an opportunity to grow towards health and wellness. Whether it is daily stressors, deep-rooted traumas, or anything in between, she believes counseling to be a safe and healing space. She considers it an honor to walk with individuals, hear their stories, and forge a new way forward together.
