Her primary areas of clinical interest include OCD, anxiety, depression, and chronic mental health concerns. Mandy has knowledge of various modalities and theories of treatment, including but not limited to: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), along with an understanding of attachment theory and the effects of trauma.

Mandy is passionate about her work and offers warmth, empathy, non-judgment, practicality, and a bit of humor (when appropriate) in her sessions. She believes that counseling is a space to share openly, increase self-awareness, and move towards emotional health and lasting change according to personal values. She considers it an honor to walk with individuals, hear their stories, and forge a new way forward together.
