I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Radford University and I approach counseling through a holistic lens.  I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with clients to help identify their strengths, values, and goals as they navigate life’s challenges. I am interested in working with individuals across the lifespan, as well as couples and families, to foster greater peace, connection, and overall functioning. My approach incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), existential and meaning-centered approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).  I also have a growing interest in equine-assisted therapy and play therapy.
