Loghan holds an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents concerning a wide range of mental health concerns. Her areas of interest include but are not limited to substance abuse, general mental health concerns, postpartum depression/anxiety, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. Understanding the courage it takes to pursue counseling, Loghan seeks to create a safe, comfortable environment, walking alongside clients through all walks of life. “Mental health is not a destination but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.” Through a person-centered, existential approach, Loghan hopes to encourage you where you are, allow you to process your story at your own pace, and find a glimpse of light in the darkness.
