Kelly is currently in the process of obtaining her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her goal within the therapeutic process is to help empower the client by working together to develop a better understanding of their thinking, recognize how thoughts effect feelings and behaviors, and realize that change is possible. Utilizing a combination of CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, she uses an eclectic approach depending upon what is most helpful for the client in reaching a better state of health.
Kelly has a passion for helping clients learn more about themselves and their potential. She thinks it’s important to create goals, recognize “wins,” and create a space for hope and empowerment alongside the brokenness and despair that is often present.
