Katie is earning her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds two bachelor’s degrees in Developmental Psychology and Counseling. She has experience counseling individuals who have past and current family-related issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and grief. She is happy to work with clients of all ages. Katie believes that one of the most meaningful things a counselor can do is provide a safe and empathetic space for her clients to process their experiences and feel their emotions authentically. Knowing that your experiences and perspectives shape the world within you and around you, Katie also seeks to help you identify the ways this plays out in your life and relationships.
