Ginny recently moved back to her hometown of Lynchburg. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Virginia, Utah, and New Jersey and has a variety of experience in community mental health and private practice. Ginny works with older adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Her approach to counseling is grounded in the uniqueness and acceptance of each individual. From that place of acceptance, she works together with clients to discover strengths, develop skills, and uncover inner resources for moving forward.
Along with trauma informed and evidence-based techniques, Ginny utilizes experiential exercises, storytelling, and humor. She enjoys helping clients become centered in purpose and find meaning in life.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjusting to changes in school, family, relationships, faith journey, or vocation, she looks forward to walking with you as you discover your inner resources for healing.
