I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2022, supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families while honoring each person’s unique experiences and background. Currently, I am pursuing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, guided by a passion for helping others grow, heal, and find joy in their lives.
As I begin my work in counseling, I am committed to offering trauma-informed, evidence-based care, supported by ongoing learning and supervision. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, you’re not alone. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
