As a practicum student, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where all clients feel seen, respected, and understood. I am currently working towards my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an approach grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to help clients build resilience, accomplish personal goals, and make meaningful changes through our work together. I believe each person is unique and deserved individualized mental health support, which is why I value holistic models of treatment and care.
