Ebony’s perspective of counseling is that it is the individuals’ journey of self-discovery and healing that requires courage and commitment. This journey often requires a patient, unbiased and non-judgmental approach. Having over 10 years of providing services in the mental health field Ebony has an extensive experience with various clients and situations.

Ebony enjoys providing a Person-centered approach focused on encouraging you to have control over your wellness journey. Ebony uses multiple styles of counseling techniques but most commonly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-centered, trauma informed approaches and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
