Chrissy has worked in the mental health field since 2008 in a variety of counseling settings and is passionate about connecting with clients and supporting them in their unique journey towards personal wellness. Chrissy holds a BS in Psychology, a MA in Human Services, and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development. Her clinical experience includes working with children, teens, and adults of various cultural backgrounds who have primarily struggled with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, and issues related to trauma and attachment. Chrissy’s gentle and compassionate nature provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can share their stories at their own pace and feel heard and understood. Using an approach that is person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, Chrissy works alongside individuals to identify specific therapeutic goals and equip them with the skills needed to meet their fullest potential.
