Chrissy has had the privilege of working in the mental health field since 2008 and is passionate about connecting with clients and supporting them in their unique journey towards personal wellness. Chrissy holds a BS in Psychology, a MA in Human Services Counseling, and is in the process of obtaining a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development. Additionally, Chrissy is a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Chrissy’s clinical experience includes working with children/adolescents and young adults of various cultural backgrounds dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance use, and issues related to trauma. Chrissy’s gentle and compassionate nature provides a safe, supportive environment where individuals can share their stories at their own pace and feel heard and understood. Using a person-centered approach, Chrissy works alongside individuals to identify specific therapeutic goals and equip them with the skills they need to meet their fullest potential.
