Charlotte has a M.A. in Professional Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration. She enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life. She approaches therapy from a person-centered lens, meeting her clients where they are with compassion and empathy. Charlotte understands how difficult it may be to seek counseling and looks forward to working alongside you to help you reach your goals and live an authentic life.
She specializes in OCD, trauma, and perinatal mood disorders, using ACT, ERP and other modalities to help clients face fears, break unhelpful patterns, and build a life they value. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space and practical tools to help you navigate tough emotions, find relief, and reconnect with what matters most.
I know how exhausting it can feel to carry anxiety, trauma, or the weight of new motherhood alone. You deserve support that sees the whole you—not just your struggles. Therapy can be a place to breathe, feel understood, and start moving forward. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
