Nicole has enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2017 and holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. She is proficient in working with conflict in relationships, increasing communication, and addressing adverse patterns of behavior. She has additional experience in crisis, depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. She is a registered facilitator for PREPARE/ENRICH™, SYMBIS™, and Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy™. While Nicole is proficient with marriage and family, her skills are not limited to that population. Nicole’s clients include adults, children, adolescents, and those struggling with depression, anxiety, and maladaptive coping.

Nicole wants you to know that, “Life is a journey that includes a lot of ups and downs in which all we need is for someone to walk alongside us. I see it as an honor to equip you with the tools you need to walk your journey. As we work together, my objective is that you gain insight and understanding about your struggles and feel confident enough to face them autonomously.”
